The service “Subtraq”, available at subtraq.co, is published by AGENCE GUDDELMONI, a French simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of €1,000, registered with the RCS Ajaccio under number 100 677 855 (SIRET 100 677 855 00015), VAT number FR21100677855, registered office at Cuparchiata, 20110 Viggianello, France.
Publication director: the company president.

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany — data is hosted within the European Union.
2. Scope of the service
Subtraq is a short link tracking service with full-funnel attribution. An agency creates parent links (one destination per campaign) and sublinks (one short link per placement — post, story, ad, newsletter, etc.). Each click is recorded; via an SDK on the end client’s site, the click can be tied to an identified lead and then to a sale.
Data is organised into client spaces: each of the agency’s clients has a dedicated, isolated space. The agency sees everything; a client can be given read-only access or a shareable report.
The service includes:
- creation and management of short links (with custom short domains);
- tracking of clicks, identified leads and attributed sales;
- analytics dashboards per client space;
- a REST API, MCP endpoint and agent skill for automation;
- shareable reports via revocable signed tokens.
3. Access and account
Access requires creating an account. Sign-in is via a one-time code sent by email (OTP — no password to remember or manage). Sign-in via Google OAuth is available if enabled.
The service is intended for professionals or people acting in a professional capacity. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your session and all actions taken from your account. Report any unauthorised use immediately to [email protected].
4. User commitments
You agree to:
- only track campaigns you are responsible for and for which you have informed your own visitors that tracking is in place, in accordance with the GDPR;
- not attempt to circumvent quotas or disrupt the service (abusive automation, intrusion);
- not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm third parties;
- inform your own visitors of the tracking in place and comply with your own GDPR obligations as data controller towards them;
- report any security anomaly to [email protected].
5. Plans, pricing and quota behaviour
5.1 Plans
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Client spaces | New links / mo | Tracked clicks / mo |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | — | 2 | 10 | 3,000 |
| Pro | $39 | $390 (2 months free) | 15 | 1,000 | 100,000 |
| Business | $99 | $990 (2 months free) | Unlimited | Unlimited | 500,000 |
Prices in US dollars (USD). Members, links, sublinks, reports and API keys are unlimited on all plans.
5.2 Over-quota behaviour — commitment
When the monthly click quota is reached: redirects continue to work without interruption. No client link becomes inactive because of a quota limit. This is a design commitment: a broken client link is unacceptable.
Only counting pauses until the first day of the next month. Clicks beyond the quota are not recorded or billed.
5.3 Bot policy — commitment
Bots are detected and flagged (isBot = true). We never delete bot clicks — we label them. Dashboards show human clicks by default (toggle available). The detection rules are published in our documentation. No silent filtering. Bot clicks do not count towards the monthly quota.
5.4 Subscription and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) and are paid by credit card via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no further charge is made.
6. Availability and limitations
The service is provided on a best-efforts basis.
Redirects are served from the Cloudflare edge network with a local copy of the link directory. They continue working even if our application server is temporarily unavailable.
The dashboard, API and SDK depend on the application server and may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. We aim to announce planned maintenance in advance.
7. Intellectual property
The service, the “Subtraq” trademark, its interface, texts and code are the exclusive property of the publisher. No licence is granted by using the service.
The data you create (links, client spaces, configurations, reports) belongs to you. You can export it from the interface and request its deletion at any time.
8. Cancellation and account deletion
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the account then reverts to the Free plan.
You can delete your account from your settings. All associated data will be deleted within 30 days, except accounting records retained for 10 years as required by law.
The publisher may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms (abuse, harm to third parties, persistent non-payment), after notification by email.
9. Changes to these terms
Any material change will be notified by email or in the application at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance; otherwise you may cancel free of charge.
10. Liability
The publisher’s liability is limited to the amounts paid under the subscription over the twelve preceding months. Indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue and damages resulting from the unavailability of third-party sources are excluded.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first by writing to [email protected]. Failing agreement, the courts of the publisher’s registered office will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
