What we refuse to do.

- No third-party cookies, so ad blockers don’t break it.
- We never store IP addresses, and how long we keep the rest is written down.
- We tell you what we don’t count — the robots — and the rules are public.
Questions we get asked.
What counts as a “tracked click”?
One visit through a Subtraq link, once the robots have been set aside. The rules are public in our documentation.
Do I need to install anything to start?
No. Open a space, make a link, share it — clicks are counted straight away. The small code comes later, when you want leads.
How do you know which link made the sale?
Each link carries a hidden number, kept in the visitor’s browser for 30 days. When they buy, that number comes back with the sale.
Can someone else see only their own data?
Yes — read-only access to one space, or a report page you can share as a link.
What happens to my links if Subtraq goes down?
They keep working. Your links are handed out by a separate network that holds its own copy of them, so they redirect even when our app is down.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes, on dedicated infrastructure in the EU. We never store IP addresses.
