About
Built by an agency, for agencies
The question people actually ask us is not “who are you” but “will this still be around in two years.” Here is enough to judge for yourself.
Where we come from
A software vendor
builds for a market, and discovers it by surveying it.
An agency
builds for Monday mornings, and uses the tool every week.
The first user is also the first unhappy client. That is healthy pressure.
The origin
A report to deliver. A tool was born.
Subtraq was born inside an agency, built internally to answer the question every client eventually asks: “How much did this bring in?” It is now published by GAM Communication LLC — full legal information is on the terms and conditions page.
It is used on our own clients before every release — if a feature does not serve our Mondays, it does not ship.
« We had the posts, the client had the sales, and nobody had the link between the two. »
The approach
Three promises. No expiry date.
Hosted in Europe
Data lives at Hetzner, in the European Union, and stays there. No data resale — the business model is subscriptions, full stop. What leaves the EU is listed, without exception, in the privacy policy.
Minimal by design
No third-party cookies, no thirty-checkbox banner. The product measures links you own, not people who do not know they are being measured.
Figures recorded, never inferred
Our comparisons carry the recording date for every figure. When we do not know, the field says “not measured” — on the site and in the product.
Write to us
A human behind the inbox
A question before signing up, a missing integration, a comparison figure to dispute: write to us. Corrections are made and dated.
Response from someone who uses the tool — typically within one business day. Integration requests are read first.
Judge for yourself. It’s free.
The demo shows the real screens, pricing fits on one hand, and the free plan never expires. That is our answer to “will this still be around.”
