For multi-client agencies
Siloed client workspaces for agencies
The fear isn’t poor organization. It’s sending one client a link that shows another client’s name — once is enough to lose both.
The principle
Siloed, not filtered
A filter is a view laid over mixed data: all it takes is a reset for everything to show up together. A partition is a boundary in the data itself.
In practice: a link belongs to one workspace and one only. There is no screen where two clients coexist — so there is no screen where a mistake can happen.

One client never sees another.
« Sending a report link where the dropdown lists your other clients. »
« Picking up a January spreadsheet and no longer knowing which row belongs to whom. »
« Having to re-read every export before every send, every time, just to be safe. »
« Explaining to a client why their name appears in a colleague’s tool. »
The difference comes down to one word
Filter
Data is mixed. A view separates it.
Partition
The data was never mixed to begin with.
One resets. The other doesn’t.

Frequently asked questions
Can my client log in themselves?
Yes, with read-only access to their workspace alone. They see none of your other clients, none of your costs, none of your internal notes — just their links and what they brought in.
What if I bring in a freelancer for one client?
You give them access to that workspace. They won’t know the others exist.
What happens when I lose a client?
The workspace closes, the data stays readable for you, and the client loses their access. Nothing is deleted unless you ask for it.
Does this change anything for existing links?
No. An existing link attaches to a workspace without being recreated: it keeps its short address and its click history.
