No survey, no “are you sure,” no box to uncheck in an account. Your address is removed from the list and stays off it.
The record is not deleted, it is marked as unsubscribed — that is what ensures a future import does not re-add you by accident. For a full deletion, a request to [email protected] is enough: that is a right, not a favor.
